How long have you been with Link Logistics and what does your role entail?
Bridget: I've been with Link Logistics for three years working as a senior auditor on the Internal Audit team at our Fort Washington office. Before joining Link Logistics, I spent almost two years at Baker Tilly right out of college.
What do you enjoy most about working at Link Logistics?
Bridget: I truly feel like my team is my work family. We all have such a great time together and everyone is so supportive of one another. It's also been great having supportive leadership. When I started at Link Logistics, I had personal goals around becoming more comfortable with public speaking and expanding my accounting knowledge as a finance major. My team has been incredibly supportive, encouraging me to take accounting courses and practice my presentation skills.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Bridget: Family time is huge for me. I have three nieces and two nephews, so I love hanging out with them. My oldest nephew is getting into sports, so I've been going to his tee ball games. I also spend a lot of summer weekends at the beach. It's a great escape from city life. I also played golf in high school and college.
Tell us about growing up in Pennsylvania.
Bridget: I grew up in Wayne with three sisters, which was so much fun. We also have two little dogs, Bella and Augie. Between four daughters, two girl dogs and my mom, my dad is definitely outnumbered.
